Refunds & Returns
Bible Verse Blankets is a print-on-demand business, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.
Please check all the details on your order carefully before submitting payment.
Cooling Off Period
There is an automatic 12 hour delay between when you ordered your blanket and when it goes into production (ie when it gets sent to the printer). This means that you have 12 hours to change your mind (and request a refund) or change the details on your order.
If you do not get in contact with us during the cooling off period, it will be assumed that all details on your order are correct and your order will be sent to production.
Once your order has gone into production, refunds will not be possible.
This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
However, in case of a damaged product, a manufacturing error or you have received the wrong size, Bible Verse Blankets offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage or manufacturing error.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Incorrect Shipping Details
If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or colour, you have 12 hours to get in touch with at email@example.com before your order goes into production.
Once your blanket has gone into production (12 hours after placing your order), Bible Verse Blankets will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering the correct information at the checkout.
