We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to…

  • Incorrect size issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page.
  • Missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information.  Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the day you receive the products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to click here and contact us with any order modifications or cancellations. After 12 hours, we start working on your order by sending it to production and at that time it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

Contact us with the following information:

  • Name and email on the order.
  • Order number. 
  • The changes that you would like to be made.

Damaged/ Incorrect Order

At Bible Verse Blankets, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, If your product meets the following criteria, please contact us and we will have your order replaced as quickly as possible:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The final product is different from the product presented on the site.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the product itself is flawed, the print quality is poor or the final product is different from the product presented on the site. Please click here to contact us and we will organize a reprint for you!

Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 60 days, contact us through our Contact us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

Returns

Since our product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

      Please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
  • The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered

  • The changes that you would like to be made.
  • Photograph of the product showing the problem.
